Hi. For over 20 years, I worked in HR and operations management—the person sitting across the table making hiring decisions, managing performance issues, and navigating workplace politics from the inside. I've seen how the game is played, and I know what HR is really thinking.
Along the way, I also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the District of Columbia, teaching business courses and helping the next generation of professionals understand the realities of the workplace.
